Kodaline performed outside the GPO with the High Hopes Choir today
AT THIS TIME of year, Dublin’s streets come alive with buskers galore with a few famous faces joining in on the merriment every year.
This afternoon, Irish band Kodaline performed with the High Hopes Choir outside the GPO in support of the annual Belvedere College Sleep Out, which is taking place today.
The Sleep Out sees students of Belvedere College, both past and present, spend a night on Dublin’s streets to raise funds and awareness for charities like Focus Ireland and the Peter McVerry Trust.
Huge crowds gathered outside the GPO to see Kodaline perform with the High Hopes Choir, which is comprised of people whose lives have been touched by homelessness.
Their cover of Kodaline’s High Hopes shot to number one on iTunes earlier this month.

Not everyone was lucky enough to see them, though.

Kodaline are not the only celebrities to lend their support to the Sleep Out. A certain Niall Horan had this to say earlier:
Up the lads.
